BRP Enterprises offers the following services through our specialized divisions:

BRP Construction: Residential construction, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home renovations, and general contracting services.

BRP Hardening Experts: Home hardening, fire mitigation, defensible space creation, vent replacement, window upgrades, and fire-resistant material installation.

American Brush: Fuels reduction, weed abatement, land clearing, fire breaks, gutter cleaning, and fire-resistant landscaping.

All services are subject to availability, site assessments, and written agreements between BRP Enterprises and the client.


3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by BRP Enterprises are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Estimates are based on information provided by the client and visual site assessments. Actual costs may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

A written contract or service agreement is required before work begins on any project.


4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service contract or agreement.

A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or according to a mutually agreed payment schedule.

Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, bank transfer.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.


5. Scheduling and Project Timelines

Project timelines and schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, permit approvals, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

BRP Enterprises will communicate any significant delays to the client as soon as reasonably possible.

Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to failure to provide access, timely decisions, or required information, may result in schedule adjustments.


6. Permits and Compliance

BRP Enterprises will obtain all necessary permits required for construction and fire mitigation projects, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permit fees are typically included in project estimates but may be itemized separately.

All work performed by BRP Enterprises complies with applicable California building codes, fire codes, and local regulations.


7. Warranties

BRP Enterprises stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service contract.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, acts of nature (including wildfires, earthquakes, or floods), or modifications made by parties other than BRP Enterprises.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from workmanship warranties and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.


8. Limitation of Liability

BRP Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of this website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Client Responsibilities

By engaging BRP Enterprises, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your property and project requirements.

Ensure reasonable access to the work site during scheduled work hours.

Obtain any necessary approvals from homeowners associations (HOAs) or other governing bodies.

Remove or secure personal belongings, vehicles, and pets from work areas as needed.

Make timely decisions and approvals to avoid project delays.


10. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation terms will be specified in your service contract.

If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you are responsible for payment of all work completed and materials ordered or installed.

BRP Enterprises reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to meet payment obligations, denies reasonable site access, or creates unsafe working conditions.


11. Insurance and Licensing

BRP Enterprises is fully licensed and insured in the State of California.

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

Proof of insurance is available upon request.
